Play safe

Our commitment

Every page of LuckyBoom carries an 18+ marker and a link to begambleaware.org. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion — requested by email from your registered address, active within 24 hours, with a minimum lock of 6 months.
• Cooling-off — a 7-day break available on request.
• Session awareness — keep an eye on your play time and transaction history, and take regular breaks.
• Parental control — guidelines on keeping devices and login details out of the reach of minors.

Know the signs

Consider taking a break or asking for help if you:

• spend more time or money than you planned;
• borrow money or miss obligations to gamble;
• feel restless or irritable when you try to stop;
• hide your gambling from people close to you.

Keeping control

• Decide on a budget and a time limit before you start.
• Treat gambling as paid entertainment, not as income.
• Do not gamble when you are upset, tired or under the influence.
• Take regular breaks and review your transaction history.
