Party rules

Every good party has a few rules. Here are ours; if the casino's wording differs, the casino's text counts.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction if higher, to register and play. It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is lawful where you live.

2. Operator and licence

LuckyBoom Casino is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica, and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

Each person may hold one account. Provide accurate details and make sure the name on your account matches the name on your payment method. Keep your login details safe.

  • Multiple accounts on the same name, device or payment method may be closed without warning.
  • Formal requests — including self-exclusion and account closure — must come from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Deposits must come from a payment instrument in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit).

  • Cards: up to 10 transactions per day and 40 per month, with caps of €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
  • Fiat and crypto balances are kept separately and cannot be combined.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC is required before every withdrawal: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the document and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, with matching names. As an AML requirement, deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal.

  • Minimum withdrawal €40; requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
  • Limits for non-jackpot winnings: €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month. Jackpot wins are not capped.
  • A withdrawal above a method's per-transaction limit may be paid in instalments.
  • You can cancel a pending withdrawal before it is completed; the funds return to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Every bonus must be activated in your profile before the qualifying deposit — it cannot be applied afterwards. Only one bonus can be active at a time.

  • Welcome-package wagering is ×40; the first live bonus is ×15.
  • Maximum bet while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 for the first deposit bonus.
  • Slots count 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
  • Maximum bonus win across all bonuses: €10,000; maximum cash-out after wagering: 10× the initial bonus.
  • Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels that bonus and the related bonus balance.

7. Dormant accounts

If an account has no activity for six consecutive months, a fee of €10 per month is charged for as long as a positive balance remains.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms, bonus conditions and limits may change. Always check the current terms before you accept an offer. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
